Recipe Name: 🇮🇳 Dosa with Tricolor chutney

Ingredients:
Green Dosa: 1 cup boiled rice, 1 cup raw rice, 3 cups Balloon Vine leaves, 1 tbsp Toor Dal and Salt Orange Dosa: 1 cup boiled rice, 1 cup raw rice, 8 inch sized Tapioca , salt, red chilli and asafoedita White Dosa: Normal Dosa Batter
Procedure:
Green Dosa: Soak rice and dal together for 2 hours. First grind balloon vine leaves nicely and add soaked rice and dal, grind finely. Add salt and keep for fermentation (5-6 hours)
Orange Dosa: Soak rice for 2 hours, slice Tapioca. First grind red chilli with asafoedita and tapioca slices. Then add soaked rice and grind finely. Add salt and keep for fermentation (5-6 hours)
White Dosa: Normal Dosa Batter
