Recipe Name: Bangaru Dosa

Ingredients:
Dosa Rice - 1 cup, fenugreek -1 Tbsp, Coconut -1 cup, Jaggery -3/4 th cup, Turmeric -1/2 Tsp , Curd -1/2 cup, Ghee - 4 Tsp
Procedure:
1) Take Dosa rice, fenugreek and wash them thoroughly and soak it in water for 6 hours.
2)To make it traditionally grind the dosa rice, fenugreek, jaggery, coconut, turmeric and curd in an Ammikalu (grinder) to get a fine dosa batter.
3)Keep the dosa batter in a warm area covered for 14 hours. After this fermentation stir the batter well.
4)Now we are ready to make Bangaru dosas.
5)Pre-heat the dosa pan to pour the Bangaru dosa batter.
6)Add a scant ladleful of batter to the center of the pan.
7)Begin to spread the batter in a sweeping circular motion to form a circle shape.
8) The next step is to drizzle a spoon of ghee over the surface of the dosa and also around its edges.
9)When the upper surface begins to look cooked, flip the dosa . By this time, the surface that was underneath should be light golden in color.
10)Cook for two minutes after Flipping. Your Simple , Healthy, and Traditional Bangaru Dosa is ready to be served.
11)Serve the Special Bangaru dosa with garlic chutney , coriander chutney, and sambhar.
12)Tips -Don't add water and only add curd while grinding the dosa batter.
Now you can enjoy this precious Bangaru dosa which is equivalent to having gold as a Breakfast is ready !!!!!!😊
