Ingredients:
Muttaikos Rotta: Ingredients: Muttaikos chopped Toor dhal-1/2 cup Idly rice-1cup Jeera-1tbs Salt -as per taste Curry leaves Turmeric powder-1/2 TSP Red chillies-8 Hing-1tsp Coconut oil Thellakeda kummina chutney: Ingredients: Garlic-1cup Chilly powder-3tbs Salt-as per taste Gingelly oil-4 tbs Curry leaves as needed Hing-1 tsp
Procedure:
Muttaikos Rottai:
*Grind jeera,Salt , turmeric powder, curry leaves, Red chillies
*Add these mixer into the grinder
*Then grind soaked rice and toor dhal in course form.
*Finally add muttaikos with this batter.
*Pour this batter in dosa pan.with coconut oil.
*Roast it Eat it.
*Eat muttaikos Rottai
Thellakeda kummina chutney:
*Need kummina garlic
*Add chilly powder,Salt
*Then heat the gingelly oil
Add tempering items.
*Mix it well.
*Then serve it on next day.
**Really this thellakeda kummina chutney goes well with muttaikos Rottai..**
