Ingredients:
Ingredients : For batter: Raggi flour 2 cup, tamarind water 1/2 cup,jaggery 2tpsn,salt 2tbsn For Seasoning: Refined oil 2tpsn,Urad dal 2tbsn,Channa dal 1tbsn, Ground nut 1/3 cup,Green Chillies 5,Green leaves as required
Procedure:
Procedure 1)Mix raggi flour,jaggery,salt and tamarind water to rough(spare) consistency. 2) Transfer the batter to idly plates,crumble the idly roughly. 3)In kadai add oil,urad dal,channa dal,green chillies, groundnuts,green leaves and add crumbled raggi idlis. 4)Cover with lid and cook it for 5-9min.Healthy and yummy ragulu pulusupindi is ready. 5)pair it with coconut chutney is the best combination.
