Ingredients:
Wheat Flour,Jaggery,Coconut,Cardamom,Rosted Channa gram.
Procedure:
To make poonam: Grind Chana dal,Coconut,Cardamom &Jaggery and make a balls.
Then these balls are dipped in wheat and jaggery batter.Lastly deep fried until crisp and golden.
