Ingredients:
Ingredients 1 cup chirotti rava, 1 cup maida, 1 cup rice flour, 3 cups jaggery, 3 cups water.
Procedure:
• Take chirotti rava, maida, rice flour and mix well
• Add two and half cups of water and mix well without lumps
• Pour remaining half cup of water into jaggery and stir well till it dissolves in heat
• Strain the jaggery water
• Boil the strained Jaggery water till 'pisupisupu' paagu (like gulab jamun paagu)
• Stir the batter while pouring the hot paagu, make sure there are no lumps
• Heat oil in pan
• Pour the batter at the center of pan, when the appam rise turn other side quickly (don't overcook it may be too crispy to eat)
