Ingredients:
Dill leaves - 1 cup, rice flour - 3 cups, onion - 2, jeera - 2 tsp, salt, coconut - 1 cup, green chillies - 5, tamarind, garlic cloves - 2, coriander leaves + curry leaves - small amount, fried gram - 5 tsp
Procedure:
Recipe:(Serves 2 people; Makes 6 masala rottis) Masala Rotti: Mix (2 cups of water + 1 cup of rice flour + 1/4 tsp salt) in a kadai and cook until the flour thickens to dough form. After it cools down add chopped (onions + dill leaves + 2 green chillies), jeera and 2 cups of rice flour. Mix it well and make small balls. Grease a plastic sheet with oil and roll out the balls with hand or with the help of roller. Put it on a heated pan and cook from both sides. Green Chutney: Dry roast curry leaves and 3 green chillies. Mix it with coconut, garlic, tamarind, salt, coriander leaves, fried gram and grind it to chutney consistency. This form of tasty rotti with dill boosts vitamin A and C intake. It is also a good source of fiber, calcium, manganese and iron. A healthy dish packed with micronutrients tickling your tastebuds.
