Recipe Name: Neer Urundai

Ingredients:
1) Fine quality Idli Rice - 200 gms (2) Grated coconut- 100 gms (3) Salt as per requirement.
Procedure:
Neer Urundai : it is one of the traditional Vysyas’ receipe. Healthy and suitable item for taking by all ages groups.
Preparation :
Soak the well washed rice in three cups of water for four hours.
Drain it and put it in grinder . Add the grated coconut and salt.
Grind it without adding much water till it becomes a fine paste.
Then make the paste into small balls.
Lit the stove and place one convenient vessel with three to four cups of water. Allow it to boil in full flame. Also add a small pinch of salt in the water. After ensuring the full boiling point of water put the already made balls one by one . Leave it for some 10 minutes without disturbing. Then reduce the flame and separate the balls with one small spoon if required.
Now the very tasty‘Neer Urundai’ is ready. We can take it along with the Neer ie., ‘ganjee water’ .
