Ingredients:
Sago (Javvarisi)(100gm), Sugar(25gm), Cashew nut (10nos), Ghee(2tbsp) and a piece of white cloth.
Procedure:
In a pan dry roast the sago once it cool grind as a nice powder and grind sugar too. Add 2tbsp of ghee and roast the cashew nut. Then take a bowl and mix the powdered sago and sugar along with the cashew nut. Mix well. In a neat white cloth take some of the mixed powder and hold in your palm to make a ball. This is good for health and my athamma do this for some function like baby shower, at the age attending girls.
