Ingredients:
Ingredients: Rice 2 cup,Thoor dal 2 cup, Grated Coconut 1cup,Jeera 2 tbsn,Moong dal 1/4 cup,salt 2tbsn For Seasoning: Gingelley oil 2tpsn,Urad dal 2tbsn,Channa dal 1tbsn,Red Chilly 3-4
Procedure:
1)Wash rice and dals well and soak together for 4 hrs.
2)Grind the mixture to roughly using grinder or by mixee.
3)Add soaked moong dal,grated coconut,jeera and seasoned with mustard seeds to the batter.
4)Leave the batter for 4 hours.
5)Make idlys using batter, crumble the idly roughly.
6)In kadai add gingelley oil,uard dal,channa dal, chillies if required,salt and add crumbled idly and cook for 5-10min.Healthy and yummy kanthi nooka kudumupma is ready.Pair it with onion miram or with oota is the best combination.
