Ingredients:
Naravallikai 1 kg, Raw mango big -1 salt as required, turmeric powder, chilli powder, Mustard and Fenugreek powder 6 spoons Garlic 1/2 full pods
Procedure:
Wash and clean the naravallikai and dry it under shade. Once they are completely dried use a rock and pound it and remove the seeds. Apply oil and salt on hand while removing the seed. Put all the above mentioned ingredients together and give a gentle mix. Keep the pickle closed for 3-4 days. Tada yummy yummy pickel ready.😍
