Recipe Name: Pesaratu idly fry

Ingredients:
Green gram 1 cup, Onion big 2 nos, Tomato Big 3 nos, Capsicum big 1 nos(optional) garlic 10 cloves, ginger paste 1 table spoon, Green chillies 5 no's, Green leaves as required, corriender 1 hand full, Podhina 1 hand full, Salt as required
Procedure:
Soak green gram (8 hrs). After that drain water from green gram put it in mixer jar. Add garlic, ginger and 1 green chilli into it. Add ½ tea spoon salt in it. Make a nice thick paste water not required to add. Texture of the paste should be like idly batter. Now grease the idly pans with oil/ghee. Pour the green gram idly batter into it. Boil the idly for 15 mins. Now cut the onions, tomato and capsicum into pieces(shape of the veggies as per wish) Now take a pan pore 5 spoons of oil. Once oil is ready put onions, Green leaves & green chilli's fry it till golden brown. Then put tomato into it(another option is grind the tomato and put it will give creamy texture to it). Once the tomato maxed nicely put capsicum and fry. Add required salt into it Now cut the idly into small pieces add into it with corriender and pidina into it. Mix it will till the idly coated with masala. Put the gas in low flame and close the pan for 10 min. Tasty pesaratu idly fry is ready.
