Ingredients:
Idly Rice - 600 gms. Paruppu Sarasthulu :- 1. Ghee - 1 tbsp 2. Oil - 1/2 tbsp 3. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp 4. Urid dal - 1 tsp 5. Curry leaves - 10 leaves 6. Green chillies - 5 7.Boiled Toor dal - 100 gms. 8. Grated Coconut - 1 cup *MANGAI SARASTHALU:-* 1. Oil - 1tbsp 2. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp. 3. Urid dal -1tsp 4. Kadalai parupu - 1 tsp 5.Green chillies - 4 no. 6.curry leaves - 10 7. GRATED Mango - 1/2 cup.
Procedure:
Step:1
Soak Idly rice in a Luke-warm water for 5 hrs.
Step:2
Grind it as a Nice batter.

COOK as a Idly in 25 minutes.
Step: 4
Make Sarasthulu with the help of Sarasthalu pitta.
Step:5
Garnish Sarasthalu as your wish.
PAPPU Sarasthalu:
Cook as per ingredient part (number wise).
Mix with Sarasthulu.
MANGAI Sarasthalu :
Cook as per Ingredient part (number wise).
Mix with Sarasthulu.
