Recipe Name: Tomato dosa

Ingredients:
1 cup of raw rice, 5 medium size tomatoes, 5 red chillies, 1 tea spoon of jeera, 1 cup of crated coconut, oil mustard seeds and curry leaves to saute, coriander leaves, salt and asofatida
Procedure:
Cleanly wash and soak raw rice for 2 to 3 hours. Wet grind soaked rice along with cut tomatoes, crated coconut, Red chillies, jeera into nice soft batter. Add salt and asofatida and keep it aside for 3 hours. Then saute oil, mustered seeds and curry leaves and add it in the batter. Cut coriander leaves into small pieces and add it in the batter and add sufficient water before making dosas. Now the batter is ready to make crispy dosas. Prepare dosa and serve it hot with sugar😊
