Ingredients:
Raw rice-1 kg , Jaggery - 1 kg, Cardamom - 15 pcs, White gingelly seeds-50 gms
Procedure:
Step-1 Powder the raw rice.powder the cardamom.mix the cardamom and gingelly seeds with the raw rice powder. Step -2 boil the Jaggery with little amount amount of water.make it as Jaggery syrup.mix the ingredients where u brought from the step 1 with the Jaggery syrup Step-3 leave it for 2 days.after leaving 2 days, tap the flour mix on two sides like as Vada.boil it with 500 ml of oil ..yeah u get a crispy crispy adhirasam.
