Ingredients:
1. Idly rice - 1 cup 2. Curd - 1 cup 3. Green Chillies - 2 (Medium) 4. Red Chilli - 1 5. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp 6. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp 7. Urad dal - 1 tsp 8. Channa dal - 1 tsp 9. Curry leaves 10. Hing 11. Salt (As per taste) 12. Sesame Oil - 3 tbsp 13. Water - 1 to 1.5 cups
Procedure:
1. Soak idly rice in water over night 2. Grind idly rice, green chillies to a fine paste 3. Mix the paste with curd, salt and water to bring it to a running consistency 4. Head a kadai, add oil and all tempering items 5. Now add the mixture to the kadai 6. Keep stirring for 10-12 minutes untill the mixture is cooked and becomes thick 7. Grease a plate with oil, spread the cooked mixture on the plate 8. Let it cool and cut it into pieces 9. Serve it with spicy tomato chutney
