Ingredients:
Ragi flour 1 glass, 1 1/2 water, oil, mustard, chana dhal, red and green chillies, onion, murungai keerai 1 cup, salt
Procedure:
Keep a kadai in stove pour oil put mustard seed, chana dhal,red and green chillies, onion and fry till turn brown and pour 1 1/2 cup water put salt add murungai keerai while water gets boil and put ragi flour and mix well keep it for 10min in low flame. Then switch off the stove and make balls and heat it in dosa tawa. Our hot murungai keerai ragi adai ready.
