Recipe Name: Plain Billa Kudumulu & Varukai Billa Kudumulu

Ingredients:
1 cup - rice flour 1.25 cups - water 1 tbsp - grated coconut 2 tsp - pachi paruppu 2 tsp - kadalai paruppu 3 varukai Ghee Salt to taste
Procedure:
Soak the pachi paruppu and kadalai paruppu in water for half an hour. Heat water in a bowl, add some salt to it. When it boils, simmer the heat, add the rice flour and mix quickly. Remove from flame and keep aside for ten minutes. Then add a little cold water, 2 tsp of oil, soaked pachi paruppu, kadalai paruppu, and coconut, Varukai powder and knead the dough till smooth Make small balls with the dough and press (it should be slightly thick). Place these on a well-greased plate, smear some ghee, and steam for 15 minutes. Serve hot with urad dal chutney.
