Ingredients:
Idli rice-1 cup,Sago idli-1 cup,Sour curd-2tbsp,Salt. Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp,Urid Dal-1 tsp,Green chili-1 tsp,Curry leaves.
Procedure:
1.Soak idli rice for 2 hrs. 2.Wash sago in water and soak it for 2 hrs. 3.Grind idli rice in stage of rawa.Then add sago,sour curd &salt. 4.The batter must be thick. 5.Leave the batter for 8 to 9 hrs for fragmentation. 6.Take a pan and tamper with mustard seeds,urid dal,curry leaves,green chili paste. 7.Pour the tampered ingredients in the batter and make sure the consistency is thick. 8.Then pour the batter in the idli plates.
