Recipe Name: Sabudana Dosa

Ingredients:
1 cup sabudana(sago), 1 cup of PreBoiled/Boiled rice, ¼ cup urad dal,Salt for Taste
Procedure:
1)firstly, in a large bowl soak 1 cup sabudana in enough water for 3 hours.
2)Then soak 1 cup rice, ¼ cup urad dal in enough water for 4 hours.
3)Drain off the water from sabudana and blend to smooth paste.
4)Also blend soaked urad dal and rice to fine paste adding water as required.
5)Further mix sabudana batter, rice-urad dal batter.
6)Ferment in a warm place for 8- 12 hours.
next day, add 1 tsp of salt or as required and mix well.
7)Heat the griddle and pour a ladleful of the batter on it and spread it very gently.
sprinkle some ghee / oil for more flavour.
8)Then cover the dosa for a minute and cook till the top of dosa is cooked completely in presence of steam.
9)Dosa is now ready to serve,Serve the Sabudana dosa with Kaara chutney and sambar.
