Recipe Name: Sorakaya Thavala billa ( bottle gourd patty/Ada I)

Ingredients:
Boiled Rice -1 cup,Chopped Bottle Gourd (sorakaya), soaked Moong Dal & Channa Dal - 1cup, Tomato, Oil, Mustard Seeds, Urad Dal,Hing, Salt,Coriander Leaves, Curry Leaves
Procedure:
1) Soak boiled rice for 4 hours & grind to thick and fine batter 2)Now add finely chopped bottle gourd, salt, coriander, curry leaves . 3)In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, curd chili ( mor milagai),hing and fry 4)Add the fried ingredients to the batter and soak for 1 hour 5)Now add soaked moong dal & channa dal - mix well 6) Make small balls form prepared batter , flatten the balls 7) Fry the flattened balls on a dosa pan 8) Enjoy the sorakya thavala billa with pickle or any thokku
