Ingredients:
Idly Rice 4 cups, Toordal -1 cup Bengal gramdal - 1 cup Urad dal - 1 cup 3 bunches coriander leaves. 2 inch ginger piece Salt to taste
Procedure:
Soak in water rice separately n all dal together for 4 hrs, grind coarsely add required salt to the batter
Batter consistency is like normal idly batter
Ferment the batter for 8 hrs
Now add finely chopped coriander leaves and grated ginger
Grease with oil to the idly plates/ normal plates
Pour the batter on oil greased plates
Steam the batter in Idly cooker on medium flame for15 mnts
Serve with Tomato onion chutney
