Ingredients:
Broken raw rice half cup, Samai half cup, ragi flour one cup, moong Dhall one tablespoon salt to taste, one spoon ghee and six cups water.
Procedure:
Light the stove, keep cooker pan, add six cups of water. Now add broken raw rice, Samai and moong dhall. Close and cook for two whistles. After cooker releases, add ragi flour, simmer the stove and close with a lid. Leave for three minutes. Open the lid and stir until ragi is cooked. If required and some more water. Now add salt and ghee mix well and serve. Serve this with pulusu. It's a perfect and complete morning meal especially during summer.
