Recipe Name: SUNDAL ADAI

Ingredients:
Karuppu sundal, pachai payir, thattai payir, kollu, thuvaram paruppu each-30grms. Idly rice-300grms, cumin seeds, pepper, curry leaves each -10grms, dry chilli-5,asafoetida nd salt to taste
Procedure:
STEP 1> Soak all sundal items for 7 hrs and grind it coarsely and take it in separate vessel. STEP 2> Soak idly rice and thoor dhal for 2 hrs and grind it then add curry leaves, salt, pepper, cumin seeds, dry chilli, asafoetida grind it for few more minutes. STEP 3> Add both batters together and mix it as well. STEP 4> Heat the pan, put sundal adai batter on it, add little ghee or oil, flip it on both sides. Now tasty and healthy sundal adai is ready to eat. Serve it with miriam. Try and enjoy the traditional recipe.
