Recipe Name: Millet Sankati

Ingredients:
Ragi flour 1 cup, broken raw rice 1/2 cup, Samai 1/2 cup, moong Dhall 1 tablespoon, ghee one spoon, salt as required and 6 cups of water.
Procedure:
Turn on the stove. Keep cooker pan add 6 cups water, add broken raw rice, Samai and moong Dhall. Close and cook for two whistles. Release cooker add ragi flour, close with lid, turn on stove, simmer and leave for 3 minutes. Open the lid stir well. Continue stirring until ragi is cooked. If required can add some more water. Now add one spoon ghee and required salt and mix well. Serve this with Kadamba (mixed vegetable) pulusu, pudina or gongura pachady and butter milk. It's a perfect, healthy and balanced morning meal especially for summer. Happy cooking. Eat healthy and live healthy. Jai Vasavi.
