Ingredients:
Moongu dal-1cup,curd -3 cup,Green chilli-5 no, sesame seed-2pinch, asafoetida powder-1pinch,salt-as needed sufficient,oil-4table spoon,curry leaves
Procedure:
1.soak moongu dal in water for one hour
2.After 1 hr grind moongu dal,green chilli and salt finely
3.Add 3 cup of curd to that grinded paste and mix it well
4.Take a kadai and add oil ,after it became warm add sesame seed , asafoetida powder and curry leaves to it
5.After that pour the paste to the kadai and stirr it in the slow flame
6.stirr it untill it became semi solid
7.After that transfer it to plate and let it became cool ,after that cut and serve it.
