Ingredients:
Rice flour - 2 cup, Water -2 and 1/2 cup, Greated Coconut - 1/2 , Socked moong dhal - 2tbs, Sugar as required, Salt as required
Procedure:
Step 1
Boil 2 1/2 cup of water, add 3 drops of oil or ghee. Once water is boiled well, add 2 cup of rice flour. Prepare as kolakatai dough and add 1/2 coconut, socked moong dhal ,
Split the dough into 2 half
Step 2 : Salted kottu pindi billa
Use 1 half of the dough and add salt to it and mix the dough well untill it becomes soft.
Step 3 : Sweet kottu pindi billa
Use 2nd half of the dough and add sugar to it and mix the dough well untill it becomes soft.
Step 4
Take a small quantity of the daugh and press it gently in chapatti maker. Now place it in hot pan and flip it on both sides and add little oil.
Step 5
Server it hot with onion chutney.😍😋
