Ingredients:
Sooja upma ingredients: Arisi rava-1 cup moor milagai-6 water-3 cup Coconut-1 cup Cashew,Salt as needed To temper 2 tsp oil 2 red chilli 1/2 tsp mustard 1 tsp urad dal 2 tsp chana dal 1 Sprig curry leaves Chutney: Coconut-1/4cup Red chilli-2 Urad dal ,chana dal-2tspn Tamrind-small size Salt Tempering: Mustard seeds Curryleaves Asafoetida
Procedure:
Sooja upma:Take a pan add tempering all item and add cashew moor milagai,after pour the water brings to boil after boiled put coconut ,salt and sooja(arisi rava) stir well after water absorb keep tha flame in low for 15 mts and stir well then serve hot with chutney. Coconut red chutney: Take a pan put some oil and add tempering items then atlast add coconut then fry well later turns in brown colour turn off the flame and blend it mixie and serve it .
