Recipe Name: PULUSU PINDI

Ingredients:
1. Boiled Rice (Idli Rice) : 400 Gms. 2. Coconut : ½ No. (Normal Size) 3. Red Chilli : 12 to 15 Nos (According to the taste) 4. Asefotedia : One small ball ( 5. Curryleaves : According to taste 6. Salt : According to taste 7. Sesame Oil : 50 ml
Procedure:
1. Soak boiled rice for 4 hours 2. Grind 1 to 4 above ingredients in a coarse form. 3. Mix the above dough with tamarind water with little jiggery 4. Heat the pan, pour the oil splutter mustard, urid dhal, chana dhal and red chilli 5. Reduce the flame, pour the above dough and keep mixing until the dough turn to golden color; add oil as and when required so that the dough become non-sticky. 6. The above pulusupindi can be served with tender onion pieces or with curd. 7. The pulusupindi will be served after getting it cool.
