Recipe Name: Kaaram Adai Dosa

Ingredients:
Raw rice -1/2 cup, Idli rice -1/2 cup, Channa dhal -1/2 cup ,Thuar dhal -1/2 cup , Urud dhal -1/4 cup, Moong dhal - 1/4 cup, Red chili- 5 to 6, Ginger - 1 inch piece,Cumin seeds - 1 tsp ,Curry leaves - little, coriander leaves- little, Salt - As needed, Asofoteida - a pinch, Ghee/ oil for making,Water - as needed
Procedure:
1) wash rice and dhals well and soak together with red chillies and cumin seeds for 2.5 hours.
2) add ginger, curry and coriander leaves in mixie and pulse it.
3) grind together with rice and dhal to a coarse paste.
4) add salt, asofoteida and water as needed
5) set the batter aside for 1 hour or you can make instantly.
6) grease a dosa pan and made thick adai or thin dosa and cook both sides with oil
7) use a drop of ghee at last.
Healthy and yummy adai dosa ready. Pair it up with onion mirram for a complete breakfast.
