Recipe Name: Sprouted horse gram with varagu rice porridge

Ingredients:
1 cup sprouted horse gram 1/2 cup - varagu rice (kodo millet Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp Peppercorns-1/2 tsp Garlic-3 cloves Ginger-1 inch Curry leaves Onion-1 medium size Tomato-1 small Salt
Procedure:
In a pressure cooker, add the sprouted horse gram and varagu rice, add 1 3/4 cup of water and cook for 6 to 8 whistles. It will be like pongal once it’s cooked.
In a pan,add sesame oil, once it gets heated,add cumin seeds, pepper corns, then sauté garlic, ginger, onion, tomato, curry leaves. Let it cool and grind it.
Now add the ground paste to the pongal and add required salt , water to porridge consistency.. and boil it for 2 mins.
Healthy and tasty porridge is ready now
