Ingredients:
Pulungal rice 1 cup, green gram 1 cup, urud dhal half cup, fenugreek (vendayam) 1 tsp , salt as required.
Procedure:
Soak rice and green gram separately. Soak urud dhal along with fenugreek in another bowl for 2 hours. Grind the urud dhal and fenugreek nicely. Then remove this batter now. Now add green gram in grinder, when it is half grind add rice along with it. Leave till it get grinds coarsely. Now remove this batter and mix with urud dhal batter. Add salt as required . Next day u can steam this batter in idli cooker to have tasty and healthy idlies..
