Tumbler idly Raw rice -1 tumbler heap full Par boiled rice - 1 tumbler heap full Urad dal - 1 tumbler full
Procedure:
Tumbler idly Raw rice -1 tumbler heap full Par boiled rice - 1 tumbler heap full Urad dal - 1 tumbler full Grind all the ingredients together. The batter should be of rava consistency. Allow it to ferment for 8 hours. Next day morning before keeping idlies heat oil and ghee add pepper jeera powder and salt add to the batter.apply oil for the tumbler add pour batter .keep in steam for 40 minutes.eat with onion meriam.
