Recipe Name: Andhra pesarattu with allum chetney

Ingredients:
*Andhra pesarattu* 1-pachai payiru (200g) 2-idli rice (50g) 3-raw rice (100g) 4-onion (3pcs) 5-ginger (1inch) 6-green chilli (2pcs) 7-coriander leaf 8-curry leaves 9-salt *Ginger chutney* 1-Ginger 2-Red chilli 3-Urad dhal 4-Jaggery 5-Cocunut 6-Tamarind 7-salt required
Procedure:
Andhra pesarattu:
*First pacha payiru,raw rice and idli rice soak in water for 7-8 hours. Grind the ingredients like batter.
*Add curry leaves and coriander leaves and salt in the batter.
*Fry the Chopped onion, ginger and chilli .Use these mixture as stuff inside the dosa
Ginger chutney:
*Chop ginger and fry it in oil.Take urad dhal, chilli and fry it in same oil.
*Use the above ingredients and grind them in mixcy.
*Then add tempered mustard seeds.
*Ready andhra pesarattu*
And
*Allum chutney* and serve it with mango milk shake with pumpkin seed as toppings
