Recipe Name: Javvarisi Idli, onion miriyam

Ingredients:
Javvarisi -1 cup Biyam nuka-1 cup Varagu rice-1/2 cup Curd-1 cup Bengal gram dhal, pesal pappu(each 2 spoons) Ginger-50 grams Chilli chopped-3 Cocunut-1 cup Salt, curry leaves, corainder leaves Onion miriyam: Varutha kadalai, coconut-1 small pc, garlic -4 cloves, hing, salt, red chilli powder, onions-3
Procedure:
1.Soak javvarisi, biyam nuka, varagu rice separately in water overnight..
2.cook varagu rice separately(1 cup rice -3 cups water)
3.soak bengal gram dhal and pesal pappu in water before 2 hours
4.Mix all ingredients well... Add salt according to taste..
5.Pour in idli cooker and cook for 20 min...
6.Dont add water... Add curd or milk if required...
Onion miriyam:
Add varutha kadalai 2 spoons, garlic 4 cloves, coconut, salt, hing, chilli powder in mixi jar and grind it... At last add chopped onions... Don't add water...
One more sidish:
Add fried groundnut and varutha kadalai in equal quantity, jeera, red chilli, small piece of coconut, salt, tamarind and grind it... At last add chopped onions... Don't add water... Add onions according to ur wish... Serve by mixing with refined or sesame oil... Don't add water...
