Recipe Name: Gongura pachidi

Ingredients:
1 large bunch Gongura 3 med sized onions 12 to 14 green chillies Few curry leaves 2 pods garlic Salt to taste 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp jeera 2 chilies red 4 tbsp oil
Procedure:
Take two pans.
Heat half tbsp of oil in each pan. In one pan add nicely washed and chopped Gongura and fry in closed lid till it cooks well. Allow it cool.
In the other pan add 1/4 th of garlic, chopped onions andgreen chillies and fry till ionion changes its colour. Cool the mixture.
Then grind Gongura with salt separately just for one round.
In the same way the other mixture should also be made to a rough paste.
Heat remaining oil in a pan. Add jeera, curry leaves, red chillies as seasoning. Add the remaining garlic. Let the garlic turn brown. Then add both the ground mixtures. Add coriander powder, chilli powder and cook till oil is sedated from the mixture.
