Ingredients:
1 cup thuvardhal 2 cups idli rice (Soak for 4 to 5 hours and make it into a coarse batter) Cumin seeds Peppercorns Green chillies Curry leaves Jeera Onions
Procedure:
Mix all the ingredients to the ground batter. Take appam kadai and grease it with oil. Pour it in the middle and do not spread. Let it get fried in sim. Then flip it over and fry on the other side too. Add ghee before serving. Can be had with onion chutney, pudina chutney or sambhar.
