Ingredients:
7 ingredients Baking & spices 1 cup of Besan / gram flour 1/4 tsp of Cardamom powder 2 cups of Sugar Nuts & seeds 1 cup of Cashew powder 1 cup of Grated coconut Dairy 1 cup of Ghee / clarified butter 1 cup of Milk
Procedure:
Instructions * First roast besan in 2 tsp of ghee well until fragrant. Do it in medium flame, do not let the besan change its colour. Keep a greased tray ready. * Add ghee and mix well without lumps, you can use whisk. * Add rest of the ingredients and mix well. * Keep mixing until the mixture turns frothy. First, it will be frothy at the middle of the pan. At one stage, the whole mixture will turn frothy. So we are close to the final stage. keep flame in medium or low.When the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan, follows the ladle. * Pour to a greased tray and level quickly. The tray will be too hot now, so handle carefully. * Once warm enough to handle, invert and tap the tray gently. * Using a knife, cut into squares or into desired shapes.
