Ingredients:
🔹Ingredients: 🌹For the outer cover: Rice Flour - 1 cup Water -11/2 cups Salt - 1/4tsp Oil -4tsp 🌹For stuffing Milk -1 lit sugar-125 grm 🌹For Paramannam Milk-1lit sugar -75gms saffron-few cardamon powder- a pinch Badam] -slices-few pista ]
Procedure:
🔹Method:- 🌹For the outer cover Heat a pan with water. Add salt, & oil to it. Let it boil. Simmer and add the rice flour stirring simultaneously. It will become thick very quickly. Mix until it forms like a dough. This will take a few mins only. Transfer it to a wide bowl and press it with your hands to form a smooth dough while it is still warm. Keep it covered. 🌹To Shape into Mothagam: Grease your hands with little oil. I always keep a bowl of water added with a teaspoon of oil handy. Pinch a small ball sized dough. Flatten it into a thin disc. Take a little kova and place it in the centre. Pull all the edges to the centre. Cover the filling and form a shape like a half moon as shown in the picture. Meanwhile heat a idli pan or steamer with water. Grease the idli plates and place the shaped Mothagams on it. Steam cook for 7-10 mins. U can see that the Mothagam is shiny. Carefully transfer it to a bowl and keep covered. Mothagam is ready! 🌹For yummy paramannam Boil full cream milk add sugar , & cook till it reduces to half . Now add cooked mothagam thn add saffron cardamon powder badam pista slices n '.serve." enjoy!!💃💃💃
