Recipe Name: Siyali (Idly)

Ingredients:
Idly- 10 to 15, Big Onion- 1 To mix as paste- Coconut, red chilli-2, fried gram- 2 teaspoon, cumin seeds-1/2 teaspoon, coriander seed-1/2 teaspoon, turmeric powder- 2 pinch, salt-1 teaspoon.
Procedure:
Cut the idlies into cubes and chop the onions and then mix all the other ingredients to get a fine paste. Take a pan and pour oil to it and then add mustard seeds and curry leaves to it. Then add the chopped onions to and saute it. Then add idlies to the onions and add the mixture of fine paste and leave it for 3 minutes. Now, Siyali is ready to serve.
