Ingredients:
Billavaligalu (Kotuu Pindi Chapathi):- (serves 2 people) 1 Cup Rice Flour 1/2 Spoon Salt 1 Spoon Oil One and Half Cup Water Vankai Goju:- (serves 2 people) 3 Tablespoon Oil 1/2 Spoon Mustard Curry Leaves 2 Finely Chopped Onions Make as paste with below ingredients:- (Grinding) (serves 2 people) 1/4 Brinjal 5 Red Chillies 1 Tablespoon Daniya 1/2 Tablespoon Jeera 1 Cup Coconut 1 Tablespoon Gasa Gasa 1/2 Spoon Turmeric 1 Spoon Jagrey 2 Tablespoon Tamarind juice
Procedure:
Billavaligalu (Kotuu Pindi Chapathi):-
Boil one and half cup water while boiling add salt, oil and rice flour(kottu pindi) as above mentioned quantity above. Boil it for 5 mins in Sim Flame and mix it well. Now rice flour dough is prepared and make as chapathi's as mentioned in photo.
Vankai Goju:-
In kadai - Fry with oil, mustard, Curry Leaves, Finely chopped onions for 2mins. After Onion turns golden brown. Fry lengthy chopped Brinjal for 5mins on same kadai. Put Grinding paste and stir/mix it well and let it for 5mins to cook. Vankai goju is ready.
Serve Hot.....!!!
