Recipe Name: Kodumbilla with mirium

Ingredients:
Rice flour-1cup, grated coconut-1tbsp, sugar-1/2 tsp, water-1&1/2 cup, salt as required.
Procedure:
Take water in the thick bottomed vessel. Add salt ,sugar ,coconut and allow to boil. Pour rice flour only in the middle and immerse a wodden stick in the middle of it . Allow this to boil for just 5 minutes. Now mix it and allow to cool. Apply oil for hands and knead for a while. Make it as the rings shown in the pic and fry it in oil until the bubbles settle. And make onion mirium as a side dish for this yummy tiffin😊😋
For mirium: onion-2, red chilly-3,salt and jaggery for taste. Roast all with drops of oil and grind
