Ingredients:
For batter :1 cup broken rice, half cup of roasted rava, 21/2 cup of thick curd and salt For seasoning:1 big onion finely chopped, 5 or 6 green chillies, ginger grated, cashews and coriander leaves.
Procedure:
In a bowl put all broken rice, curd, rava and salt mix together and keep as its in fridge overnight next day morning prepare all above seasonings and temper with mustard seeds and jeera, keep idlis and serve hot with coconut chutney๐๐๐
