Ingredients:
Raw Rice 2 cups, aval 1 cup, 1 cup curd, salt 1 table spoon, oil 2 tabspn, carrot 1, beens 5, potato 1small ,ginger 1 inch, curry leaves, coriander leaves, chilly 3, grated coconut 5 tsp, mustard 1tsp,soaked chanadal 4 tsp, moongdal 4tsp, ghee 4tsp,
Procedure:
Raw Rice and aval broke small rava basic. Take a bowl add the ingredients put salt and oil, curd water as required mix well soak for 5 to 6 hours. Then put a pan to heat add ghee after all the above ingredients one by one fried it put in the bater also soaked dal, coconut mixed well. Bater will bake in idly bowl cooked for 10 to 15 min served with coconut chutney and podi its very delicious.
