Recipe Name: Pesarattu with allam pachadi.

Ingredients:
Pesarattu : Green gram dal - 2 cups, Raw rice - 1/2 Cup, green chillies - 4, Ginger - small piece, Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbspn, Salt, Oil. Allam pachadi : Ginger - 1inch, Onion 1 small size, Red chillies - 4 or 5, Urad dal - 1/2 tbspn, Channa dal - 1/2 tbspn, Tamarind one gooseberry size, Jaggery - 1/2 tbspn, Salt. To temper : Mustard seeds, Urad dal, Curry leaves, Asafoetida.
Procedure:
Pesarattu : Soak the dal and rice together for 8 hours. Then in a mixer grinder, add all the ingredients and grind it coarsely. Then in a pan prepare like dosa asusual. Sprinkle some chopped onions over the dosa before flipping. Allam pachadi : In pan add oil, add the all the ingredients one by one and dry them. Then transfer to a mixer grinder add salt and grind it coarsely. Then in a pan temper mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, asafoetida and add it to the pachadi. Now serve it with pesarattu.
