Ingredients:
๐ŸŒนIngredients: 1cup ragi flour 3/4 to 1cup tamarind water onion-2 chopped Red chillies - 6 Salt to taste. sugar -2tsp oil curry leaves
Procedure:
Procedure: Heat 2 tsp oil in kadai add red chillues ,curry leaves and onions saute then add Tamarind water as mentioned above in a kadai . After it starts boiling add the ragi flour. salt and sugar Turn into hard dough like Roti dough soon with gas slow... On.... . After coarsely mixed well. Close the gas. Whisk the dough swiftly and strongly to smooth hard dough. Smooth the dough to finish with 1tsp oil. And make chappati as usual with roti press When roti gets puffed on tawa. add Oil and serve hot Its superb I really tell you. As a light diet.
