Recipe Name: MAJJIGA ROTTA

Ingredients:
Idly rice - 1cup, green chilli - 6 to 7 , Rock Salt - 1tbsp , grated coconut - 1/2 cup, Butter milk - 1 cup , water - 2 cup , oil - 2 tsp , Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp , Asafoetida powder - 1/4 tsp, curry leaves , coriander leaves - 1small cup , soaked channa dal -2 tbsp .
Procedure:
Procedure for batter : Add Butter milk and water heat it for 3 minutes and switch off the flame add washed idly rice , let it soak for 4 to 5 hours , after 5 hours add green chilli, grated coconut , Rock Salt and grind it coresely , temper it with oil , mustard seeds , asafoetida powder , curry leaves add coriander leaves and soaked channa dal now the batter is ready, it can be used after 1 to 2hrs . In a hot dosa tawa make as adai cook both sides with oil. It can be served with any chutney, idly podi or pickles.
