Ingredients:
Rice flour, green chillies, onions, coriander leaves, coconut, salt and hot water
Procedure:
1.Take rice flour mix it with chopped onion, chopped green chillies according to ur taste, and add
small amount of coconut, coriander leaves and salt and finally mix it all with hot water to make it as a dough.
2. Prepare the kadai by applying oil on the whole kadai before one day of cooking.
3. Then take a portion of dough and place it inside the kadai and spread it evenly around the kadai and finally heat the kadai and toast it until all sides are cooked.
4. Finally take the roti out the kadai and serve hot with butter.
