Ingredients:
Javvarisi(Sabbiyam) Idly Sago-1 cup, broken raw rice-3 cups,sour curd, green chillies -8 to 10,grated coconut -half cup, curry leaves, mustard seeds, salt..
Procedure:
Mix sago and broken raw rice in a vessel
Add salt,curd and water... adjust to batter consistency
Ferment for 6hours
Next day add seasonings, soaked dal green chillies, grated coconut
Pour batter in aplate and cook for 10 minutes..
Sago idly is ready to serve with onion or coconut chutney
