Ingredients:
RAVA PONGAL: Ingredients: *Rava-1cup *Moong dhal-1/2 cup * Cashews -10 nuts * Ghee - as we need * Water-5 cups *Jeera pepper crushed-2 tsp *Salt as per taste *Curry leaf DOSAPINDI SAMBAR: ingredients: *Dosa batter-2 table spoon *Oil *Cinnamon-1 stick *Onion-2 chopped *Tomatoes-4 chopped *Green chilly-4 slits *chilly powder-1spoon *Sambar powder-1spoon *Coriander powder-1/2 spoon *Coriander leaf chopped * Salt-as per taste
Procedure:
RAVA PONGAL:
*Place a pan.Heat it with ghee
*Add cashews then add jeera pepper powder.
*Then add boiled moong dhal
Stir it.
*Add salt and water after boils
Add rava.
*Then we had a yummy Rava Pongal.
DOSAPINDI SAMBAR:
*Heat a pan.add oil, cinnamon, onions, chillies, tomatoes stir it.
*Then add those powders,salt in Dosa batter add little more water
*Then pour batter into the pan then mix it.
*At d end want to add coriander leaves
*Close d pan and leave 2 whistles.
*Then we get a
MOUTH WATERING
Dosapindi sambar.
